The service i got from ye was brilliant. I had a booking with ye in july from arrefice airport in lanzarote, my flight was 40 minutes early yet there was still a car waiting to take us to our hotel and on the day of my departure home th e car arrived 10 mins early which was brilliant as we were ready to go. I would highly recommend ye to my family and friends. |

We used Lastminute for the first time on our resent trip to Lanzerote. This was booked over the internet very easily. The pick up from the airport was very good even that our flight was delayed by over two hours, the pick for the return was on time all the staff were very efficent. We also took two trips the Grand Tour and Tegise market both were very well organised, The guide George and driver david were so good and helpfull and they realy made an excellent day out on the grand tour. we can recommend their services and we be using them again on our next visit. |

We were on bus LM17 with Paul our tour guide and would like to show our appreciation for him and say what a credit to your company he is. His delivery and knowledge of the island was far better than most tour guides we have encountered on previous tours we have taken in various countries. Hi. I was quite dissapointed that after booking our return transfer and was confimed as euro 50 for the transfer that I was charged another euro 40 for carrying 4 golf bags!when I arrived! I informed you at booking that I was bringing 4 golf bags and no one said I had to pay more at any point. Euro 50 for 8 people and bags and euro 40 for 4 bags nearly double the price and this is not fair. I will be booking my transfer next year with another company. David |

Hi we have used your airport transfers twice now, last september and July just gone, we will also be using you again in a few weeks when we return to Lanzarote. The service is brilliant. Takes away all the stress of finding transport, and very reasonable fares. We also did all our excursions with you both times and the value for money was incredible and the tour guides and drivers an asset to the company. I cannot reccomend this company highly enough. was met at the airport on time and friendly service 4/8/11 to the ficus. The return journey 18/8/11 .I confirmed at the office the time of pick up which was 16.25 after 15mins i phoned from the ficus they said they was on way, after 3 more phone calls and 1 hour late the driver finally arrived. i was not pleased with this service and complained to your office and the driver. i have used your service before many times for trips around the island and never had any cause to complain. drivers tour guides and sales staff have been excellent everytime.this episode has unnerved me for using your service again. |

I thought i had booked a private transfer and paid 80Euros however when we arrived at the airport we had other passengers to wait for.I queried this with the rep and she said we hadn't i thought it maybe was just my mistake. However on the way back to the airport after our holiday we collected a party of 7 (there were only 5 of us) from the same resort and they had only been charged 60Euros for the same journey. |

Only problem we had was, I left my son's shoe on the bus & it wasnt handed in - there was nowhere else it could have been apart from the minibus, so not sure why they didnt find it! We used Last Minute for the Grand Tour of Lanzarote. It was excellent, our tour guide Paul was really knowledgeable as well as being very funny. It was great having so much local knowledge and made it far better than just hiring a car and doing it yourself. I would even do the same tour again if I return to the Island. |

The transfer out was good and efficent but we were disappointed that our return booking could not be altered to suit our change in circumstances (flight delay) and as a result had to leave our hotel two hours before we needed. This was a wonderful company to deal with and the service was excellent. We arrived at lanzarote airport and were met by a rep who took us straight to the waiting mini bus. Within 10 minutes we were at our apartments in Puerto Del Carmen. The return was equally efficient. We have used LMT twice in the last 3 months for return transfers. On the first occasion the transfer was ready fro us on arrival and with the 2 baby seats as requested. We were very pleased with the service. On our 2nd trip, we had to wait mearly 40 minutes at the airport, which we were a little dissapointed with considering the cost and having 2 young children. However the collection for the return journey was on time at 5am. |

I was impressed at the efficiency on arrival at Arrecife Airport. Friendly and competent. On the return the driver was exactly on time and very competent. However I was disappointed with the return journey as there was no child seat in the shuttle bus - which was the MAIN REASON why I booked these transfers rather than get a waiting taxi. |
